Shipping Policy

Orders are reviewed in the order they arrive and move into preparation as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Most parcels are packed within one to three business days, and tracking details are shared once the carrier scans the shipment.

Delivery time depends on your region, customs review, weather and local carrier volume. Where warehouse availability or protective packaging requires it, an order may travel in more than one parcel. Please check your delivery address carefully before checkout so we can avoid delays.

If a parcel is delayed, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered because of an address issue or an unclaimed delivery, we will work with you to find a practical solution.
