Return Policy

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first with the order number and a short description of the issue, plus photos where they help. We review every request individually so we can confirm the correct return address, the eligibility window and the next step before anything is sent back.

Returned items should be clean, unused and, where possible, sent back with the original packaging. Bed linen that has been washed or used may not qualify for a full refund.

Once a return reaches us and has been checked, we confirm the outcome and arrange the refund.
